Course content

1. Self-acceptance, self-konwledge ( strengths and weaknesses) 2. Competence of the Priest and relation to others (boundaries in relation to others, cooperation with other experts) 3. Basics of Crisis intervention (orientation in basic crisis situations and how to work with them) 4. Possibilities and limits of supervision (use of self-supervision, ability to provide feedback) 5. Mental hygiene as part of the profession (prevention of burnout syndrome, work with stress)

The aim of the course is to get basic skills in the field of mental hygiene and self- knowledge.

Seminar Work
To obtain the credit, at least 80% attendance is required, active access to discussions and submission of an reflexion.
