|
the specific nature of leisure-time and interest-based activities with a spiritual and value-oriented dimension, methodology of planning, implementing, and reflecting on leisure-time activities, target groups for whom the activities are prepared, and adapting the programme to their age, needs, and experiences, forms of interest-based activities, games, and other programme elements, definitions of the concepts of value, spirituality, and spiritual dimension, possibilities of working sensitively with spiritual and value-oriented themes in pedagogical practice, aims and reasons for including games, experiences, creative activities, and reflection in the programme, appropriate use and design of activities with a spiritual or value-oriented dimension.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the methodology of planning, implementing, and reflecting on leisure-time and interest-based activities with a spiritual dimension. The course focuses on ways of working sensitively and pedagogically with themes such as values, meaning, relationships, faith, spirituality, and personal development in the context of leisure-time education. Students will become familiar with the basic principles of planning activities with a spiritual dimension and will learn to consider appropriate methods, forms, and tools with regard to the age, needs, experiences, and life situation of participants. Attention will also be paid to the role of experience, play, symbols, creative activities, group work, and reflection as means of supporting value formation, personal searching, relationship development, and a deeper understanding of oneself, others, and the world. The seminar has a practical focus. Students will try out selected methods, reflect on their pedagogical and spiritual potential, and learn how to prepare activities that are not merely attractive programme elements, but have a clear educational purpose, an appropriate form, and respect the freedom, dignity, and individuality of participants.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to define the basic principles of leisure-time and interest-based activities with a spiritual dimension and understand the role of play, experience, symbols, creative activities, and reflection in working with values, spirituality, and personal development. Furthermore, students will be able to design, lead, and reflect on a simple leisure-time activity with a spiritual or value-oriented dimension in a way that is pedagogically meaningful, appropriate for the participants, and respectful of their freedom, dignity, and individual experience.

To successfully complete the course, students are required to actively participate in seminars. Active participation includes involvement in activities, discussions, practical examples, and shared reflection. Any absence for serious reasons must be properly excused; a maximum of two seminar absences is permitted. As part of the course completion, students will prepare a proposal for an activity with a spiritual or value-oriented dimension for a selected leisure-time or interest-based activity. Students will present their activity proposal during the course and take part in its shared reflection. Students with an individual study plan Students with an individual study plan will complete the course through self-study of the materials provided in the study support and by completing the assigned tasks. They will also submit a written proposal for an activity with a spiritual or value-oriented dimension for a selected interest-based activity and present it to the teacher by prior arrangement.
