|
definition of pedagogical interaction and its importance in the educational process, interaction and communication between the educator and the child / pupil, group work, relationships within the group, and the development of a positive climate, teachers' interaction styles, authority, boundaries, and respect in pedagogical practice, pedagogical interaction in difficult, conflict, and crisis situations, cooperation and communication with the child's family, interaction and cooperation between the educator, colleagues, other professionals, and educational or care institutions.

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar focuses on pedagogical interaction, communication, and cooperation between the educator, the child, the family, the school, and other educational or care institutions. Students will become familiar with the basic principles of pedagogical communication, the forms of mutual interaction among participants in the educational process, and the ways of creating a supportive, safe, and cooperative environment. Attention will also be paid to group work, the development of a positive climate, the prevention of misunderstandings and conflicts, and forms of cooperation between the school or educational institution and the family. Emphasis will be placed on the ability to understand the needs of the child, communicate appropriately with parents and other actors in the educational process, and seek forms of cooperation that support the child's development as well as the quality of pedagogical practice.
Upon completion of the course, students will understand the nature of pedagogical interaction and communication and will be able to reflect on possibilities for effective cooperation among the different participants in the educational process. They will acquire basic skills needed for dialogue, group work, support of a positive climate, and cooperation with families and institutions.

Assessment methods and criteria

Student performance
Due to the nature of the course, the basic requirement is active participation in seminars. Active participation includes involvement in activities, individual work, discussion of the topics covered, and cooperation with other students. Any absence for serious reasons must be properly excused. A maximum of two seminar absences is permitted. The course is completed by an oral colloquium, in which students demonstrate their understanding of the topics covered and their ability to relate them to pedagogical practice. For students with an individual study plan: Due to its practical and interactive nature, the course is not suitable for completion solely in an individual form, as it requires active participation in seminars, group work, and involvement in discussion.
