The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge that supports understanding of old age and the specific aspects of life in later years. The student will become familiar with ways of supporting seniors in coping with difficult life situations and will develop an understanding of basic care concepts. They will also carry out an activity for clients in a selected social service facility.
