The course is taught weekly in blocks of 2 teaching hours consisting of theory, practical meditation training, and reflection. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment in a particular way, without trying to change or judge it. Regular mindfulness practice helps regulate stress, increase life satisfaction, improve attention and memory, and much more. It also makes us freer and more relaxed, even in challenging situations.
