Course content
The aim of the discipline is to acquire basic knowledge about the education of pupils with special educational needs in the teaching of a foreign language and Education of students with specific learning disabilities. Students will acquire skills, competenciesand foreign language learning strategies focusing on the specifics of the target group. Within the discipline, students will learn about current trends in ESA methods and their application in German language teaching. In addition to mastering the theoretical knowledge, emphasis will be placed on active participation of students who will create worksheets, activities and they will work with aids and tools used in a teaching practice. When acquiring all language skills, the individual needs and abilities of each pupil will be taken into account.

Learning outcomes

Students are familiar with the basic terminology of didactics and methodology of foreign language. The student is able , on the basis of acquired knowledge to actively communicate , discuss and argue the thematic lines defined seminar.
