Course content
Detailed information on clinical diagnostics of dentition defects, row of teeth, and on synoptic concept of the defects treatment and documentation.

Learning outcomes
Detailed information on clinical diagnostics of dentition defects, row of teeth, and on synoptic concept of the defects treatment and documentation. Part of the course will be the practice of diagnostic procedures and treatment of acute conditions to medical first-aid service in the premises of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Classes will be held under the supervision of Institute of Dentistry and Oral Sciences and Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery lecturers.
Students are trained in fundamental tasks of fixed prosthetics, i.e. clinical preparation of teeth for restoration of the endodontically treated tooth, crown and short bridgework. They also learn about adhesive bridges and are acquainted with all kinds of impressions. They are trained in hygiene motivation of prosthetic patients.
