Course content
1. Rudiments and concept of human resources management (basic ideas, background, current practice) 2. HR management in practice (the system and role of HR departments) 3. Management of human capital, knowledge management 4. Work climate and corporate culture 5. Motivation 6. HR planning 7. Recruitment and selection of employees 8. The process of employee training 9. Management of work performance 10. Management and practice in remuneration 11. Communication with employees 12. Provision of employee comfort (behaviour, stress, harassment, bullying) 13. Strategic management of human resources 14. The ethics of human resources management 15. Research in HR

Learning outcomes
The goal is to present students with the politics of human resources and personal strategies of a healthcare instituions from personal planning to practical personal affairs.
Students will know the procedures and methods used in HR managment, ranging from employee administration to an active management.
