Course content
During seminars and practical exercises, students learn about the following topics: basic principles of communication with handicapped patients and types of disability, communication with persons with mental disorder and aggressive patient, communication with incapacitated adulst.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is: to become acquaint students with the basic principles of communication with disabled patients and those types of disability. The content of the course is to teach students how to communicate with adult patients with limited legal capacity with geriatric patients with health disabilities. Teaching includes case studies and practical training skills, including solving sample situation.
The student will know, after completion of this course, the basics of communication with disabilities.
Prerequisites
Interest in the care of the handicapped.

Analysis of linguistic, Dialog, Systematic Observation of Student

Active participation in the seminars and at the trainings. 100% attendance
