Course content
To familiarize students with the significance and content of the midwife's educational role. To introduce the conditions, processes, forms and methods of education in gynecology and obstetrics. To distinguish educational target groups. To explain the algorithm of educational projects.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Demonstration, Grafic and Art Activities
  • Homework for Teaching - 30 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
To familiarize students with the significance and content of the midwife's educational role. To introduce the conditions, processes, forms and methods of education in gynecology and obstetrics. To distinguish educational target groups. To explain the algorithm of educational projects. To teach students to set up projects for specific target groups of clients through practical training. To familiarize students with difficulties- such as language problems, project principles and author's conditions. To point out team work issues and problems of technical implementation.
Based on the reconnaissance of the clients´ needs, students will suggest various possibilities of education and will set up a scenario of the educational project for the given target group of clients proving the knowledge of educational theory and practice. They will work up a comprehensive educational project, introduce it, defend it and will turn it in both in printed and electronic versions.

To work up a comprehensive educational project, introduce it, defend it and turn it in both in printed and electronic versions. Attendance in seminars (70%) and practicals (100%).
