Course content
Professional competence. Binding documents for education. Degree program, educational program. Study plan, educational plan. FEP, SEP. Teaching plan. Training of workers. Conditions of professional practice and practical training. Basics of general didactics. Didactic principles. Methods of educational process. Objectives in the educational process and their taxonomy. Motivation of students. Typology of teachers. Personality of pedagogue - healthcare worker. Self-reflection of the teacher. Mentoring issues. Evaluation in the educational process.

Learning outcomes
The course is designed as theoretical and practical. It provides information concerning the guidance of students and pupils as part of their radiological qualification training. It introduces the conditions of realization of practical teaching at a radiological workplace, requirements for a mentor, his / her professional and pedagogical education, personality characteristics, practical experience. It presents the basics of general pedagogy, didactics and methodology of practical education. It introduces organizational forms of teaching and teaching methods with an emphasis on methods supporting pupils' critical thinking and interactive teaching. It deals with pedagogical diagnostics of pupil and student, work with curriculum, curricula and curriculum of subjects. It introduces requirements for documenting practical training and professional practice.
At the end of the course students should be able to: to explain the basics of general pedagogy, didactics and methodology of practical education explain organizational forms of teaching and teaching methods with an emphasis on methods supporting critical thinking pupils and interactive teaching to introduce the relationship between pedagogical diagnostics of pupil and student, work with curriculum, curricula and subject curriculum specify the requirements for documenting practical training and professional practice defend the project on the topic of leading students in clinical practice

Elaboration and analysis of semestral project, topic: leading clinical practice of students and pupils in radiological workplace.
