Course content
Professional competence. Binding documents for education. Study program, educational program. Study plan, educational plan. RVP, ŠVP. Teaching plan. Staff training. Conditions of professional practice and practical training. Basics of general didactics. Didactic principles. Methods of educational process. Objectives in the educational process and their taxonomy. Student motivation. Typology of teachers. Personality of a teacher - a medical worker. Self-reflection pedagogue. The issue of mentoring. Evaluation in the educational process.

Learning outcomes
The course is designed as a theoretical and practical. It provides information on the management of students 'and pupils' internships as part of their qualification training in physiotherapy. It introduces the conditions for the implementation of practical training in a rehabilitation workplace in the field of physiotherapeutic care, the requirements for a mentor, his professional and pedagogical education, personality traits, practical experience. It presents the basics of general pedagogy, didactics and methodology of practical teaching. It introduces organizational forms of teaching and teaching methods with emphasis on methods supporting critical thinking of students and interactive teaching. It deals with pedagogical diagnostics of pupils and students, work with the curriculum, study plans and syllabi.
Students will gain information about documenting practical teaching and professional practice.

Elaboration and defense of a semester project concerning the management of clinical practice of students and pupils at a rehabilitation workplace and its analysis.
