-Characteristics and definition of the science and its distinguishing from the pseudoscience -Principle of falsifiability -Non-existence of paranormal phenomena and their scientific evidence -Placebo - importance in the science -Double blank experiments and their importance in the scientific exploration -Optical and other disillusions and their clarification -Some typical shorts in the thinking and possibilities of their prevention in the scientific work -Exchange of information in the scientific work -Publication of the results of the research in the scientific journal and review process -Writing and characteristics of the scientific publication -Possibilities of publishing of scientific results in the scientific journal -Hierarchy of the scientific journals, impact factor and citation index -Ethics in the science, cheating in the science -Plagiarism and data falsification
