Course content
The aim of the seminar is to teach student how to make and interestingly present a biological topic by a popular form. Each student will prepare a short PowerPoint presentation (20-25 min). After the presentation, students discuss the subject of the presentation. After the discussion, students write a short abstract from the presentation and evaluate the students talk by points 1 to 5 (5 is the best). The presentation is evaluated also by teacher, who will also point out the positive and negative parts of the presentation. During the semester, students get the points for the abstracts and the discussion. To pass the seminar, students need to collect a certain number of points. At the end of the semester, the results of students evaluation are presented and compared to the teacher evaluation. he aim of the seminar is to teach students to know health information systems, operation and communication with the information system used by providers. Legal regulation of medical documentation management in Act. No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 98/2012 Coll., on medical documentation. It includes medical documentation, archiving and security of documents, including electronic, also in the system of good laboratory practice.

Learning outcomes
Familiarization with the Lab. of Growth Regulators and its topics of research, work with information resources, presentation of chosen theme.
Student should be able to (after attending the course) used of scientific literature and presentation of choice subject.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of working with literature sources and presentation of scientific results.
