Course content
The introduction into instrumental methods of analytical chemistry. Basic principle and application of electrochemical methods (potentiometry, polarography, voltammetry, conductometry), spectroscopic methods (RGT, AAS, UV-VIS, IR, NMR, MS) and sepration methods (GC, LC, CE). The application of analytical instrumental methods in biochemical laboratories. The analysis of real biological samples. The preconcentration and isolation techniques. DThe analysis of pharmacologically important substances and its application in medicine.
