Course content
Within the education theoretical part, students familiarize with basic regularities of the applied creation aesthetics, history and contemporaneousness of one of the selected disciplines. Within the practical part, upon working with a concrete material, they should discover its specific features and expression possibilities for creation, art education and development of their own as well as children's creativity.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Work Activities, Grafic and Art Activities
  • Homework for Teaching - 30 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The objective is to provide students with basic regularities and terminology of the applied creation, its insertion into the system of culture and explain the basic factors of applied creation aesthetics; lead them - using one material as an example - to understanding the specific properties of materials and their relationships toward the purpose and form; lead them - through experiments as well as mastering some techniques - to understanding the creative possibilities of selected materials and their applications in teaching at primary schools.
Students will be able to use after completing their theoretical knowledge an basic practical skills in the performance of their future profession.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of educational terminology.

Student performance, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Seminar Work

Seminar work, practical textile or ceramic work.
