Course content
|
Explaining the environment and usage of basic toolbox functions, orientation knowledge of the COREL DRAW scroll menu, ability to use basic functions for editing photographs within the editor ADOBE PHOTOSHOP (image resampling, work with histogram, levels-curves, modifications of colouring, deepness, contrast and brightness).

Learning outcomes
|
Getting acquainted with the vector graphic editor COREL DRAW and principles of bitmap graphic editor ADOBE PHOTOSHOP.
Knowledge of the environment and use the basic functions of the toolbox, the approximate knowledge of the pop-up menu editoruCOREL DRAW, the ability to use the basic functions of editing the image in the editor ADOBE PHOTOSHOP (resample the image, working with histogramen, levels - curves, correcting the color, saturation, contrast and brightness).

Prerequisites
|
User level knowledge of Windows graphic environment with a focus on bitmap and vector graphics applications.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary)
Independent creation of simple leaflet within the given format with a background, text and photo (.jpg) modified with the aid of ADOBE PHOTOSHOP editor and imported to the COREL DRAW environment. Participation in seminars 80%.
