Course content
Contemporary standards for creating the author portfolio. Treatment, storage and presentation of artworks. Exhibition space - light, temperature, humidity - basic requirements of galleries and cooperation with authors and trustees.

Learning outcomes
The course objective is to provide students with information on the actual standards and forms of own as well as foreign artwork presentation and representation, and conditions and possibilities of presentation with regards to children and student's creative activity.
After completing the course students will be able to ensure safe preservation of artworks and objects in the home institutions. Install, uninstall, and organize exhibitions of children's or own work within the home institution. Finally, build a portfolio or important information about the authors according current, generally accepted standards.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite of study is an interest in a care of artefacts and the creation of well known authors, but also children and students.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Participation in seminars 80%. Timely delivery and presentation of the seminar work on the given theme, participation in excursions and orientation to galleries of Olomouc, main gallery institutions in Prague, Brno, Ostrava and the most important and significant gallery institutions in all of the Czech Republic.
