Course content
Modelling in the ceramic studio and creation of objects or assemblages in the sculpture studio together with lessons on sculpture of the 20th century lead to understanding the three-dimensional artwork.

Grafic and Art Activities
  • Attendace - 4 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
The course objective is to master practical and theoretical principles of the classic modelling, develop spatial thinking and deepen the understanding and feeling of three-dimensional artistic work during practical exercises. Overview of alternative modelling techniques and applications of basic methods in clay and mouldable materials.
Mastering of working technique for kindergarten education.
Prerequisites
Ability to convert artistic idea into three dimentional object. Presence in seminars is needed.

Assessment methods and criteria
Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary)

Submission of the realized creative works from seminars. Participation in seminars 90%. Mastering the basic techniques of modelling and spatial creation.
