Course content
State administration of the Czech state in the early Middle Age. Conception of Lands of the Bohemian Crown during the reign of Charles IV. Czech Estate during 15.-17th Century. Renewed Land Land's Constitution (1627 and 1628) and the Czech state as a part of Habsburg Monarchy till the year 1848. Changes of state administration and self-government in the years 1848-1918 regard to sphere of education. State administration in the Czechoslovakia 1918-1938 and sphere of education. Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. Development of state administration and self-government in the years 1945-1989 and competences in relation to the sphere of education. Sel-government in the Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic after the year 1989 with the emphasis the sphere of education.

Learning outcomes
Goal of subject is get to know students with the development of state administration and self-government in the Czech Lands with the accent of sphere of education. In this relation will be following the most important aspects and changes internal organization of the Czech Lands since early Middle Age. Special attention will be pay period after the year 1948. After the finishing will be students able to: - define changes of state administration and self-government in history of the Czech Lands - explain the substance and role state administration and self-government - characterize the most important changes of state administration and self-government in the Czech Lands - assessing efectivity of the particular systems of state administration and self-government in the Czech Lands after the year 1948 - analyse, evaluate the importance of state administration and self-government for the sphere of education
Competences, which corresponding with extent of goals setting in this subject.
Prerequisites
Clear knowledge of the history of the Czech lands.

Oral exam

Participation on lectures, drawing up of semestral paper.
