Course content
Minorities in the CR.Starting points of multicultural reform and introduction to projects, dealing with intercultural education and multiculturalism.The project Neighbours. Communication with minorities, solving an ethnic conflict and creating a curriculum in Civics (Civics Education, Theory of Civics), Fundamentals of Social Sciences and processing a proposal for an action plan of a multicultural school.

Learning outcomes
Resources for multicultural educational reform and an introduction to projects dealing with intercultural education and multiculturalism. Utilization of experience and activation methods. Communications with minorities, resolving ethnic conflicts, forming a curriculum in Civics and Fundamentals of Social Sciences, and compiling an action plan for a multicultural school.
Competence in the scape of subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

Active 100% participation in the seminar. Presentation of seminar thesis on an assigned topic.
