Course content
Contents of the course Applied Ethics consists of ten mutually logically and justly continuing areas. Aim of programme adjusted in such manner is to provide the required and permanent personality development towards acquiring complex prosociability. The basic topics are:- Ethics and the value system- The spiritual dimension of a man (religion and sects)- Economic values- The family I live in Education fof sexual health and family lifeProtection of nature and the environment The knowledge and skills acquired create a good starting point for the education process in terms of morale, moral cognition and ethical judgement.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Attendace - 20 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Times today also require ethical approaches in differentiating between the ethics of persuasion and the ethics of responsibility (in terms of environmental protection, fair economic and social arrangements, the ethics of science, professional ethics); the relationship between ethics and morals; discussion of the possibilities for moral cognition and moral judgments.
