Course content
1. Constitutional development prior to formation of independent Czechoslovakia (1848-1918).2. Constitutional development in the period 1918 - 1920 - Constitution from 1920, related legislation.3. Legal regulations during the submission period 1938-1945 (Münich, the so called Second Republic, the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, the Presidential Decrees, ?).4. Constitutional development during the period 1945 - 1948 - restoration of constitutional order. 5. Constitutional development during the period 1948 - 1960 (the February incidents, Constitution 1948 called 9. May, subsequent constitutional laws until 1960).6. Constitutional development during the period 1960 - 1968 (the CSSR Constitution from 1960, subsequent constitutional laws until 1968).7. Constitutional development during the period 1968 - 1988 (Constitutional law on the Czechoslovak federation and subsequent constitutional laws until 1988).8. Constitutional development during the period 1989-1992.9. The end of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic (CSFR) and formation of Czech Republic.10. Constitutional development during the period 1993-2008.

Learning outcomes
The constitutional development in Bohemia and Moravia had several periods and to a certain extend was influenced by the constitutional development of the world. The aim of the seminar is, with active participation of students, to grasp the key moments of the above-mentioned development in our territory - from its beginnings in the half of 19th century to the present time.

Completion of one consecutive test (after week 5 at the earliest) - Evaluation: 0 to 25 points 25 points Seminar thesis elaboration - Evaluation: 0 to 15 points 15 points Completion of a final test - Evaluation: 0 to 30 points 30 points Credit will be granted for: participation in accordance with the rules of study and acquiring a minimum of 57 points inclusive.
