Definition of political geography, countries, states and nations, geopolitical theory, political map of the world and its development.

Learning outcomes
|
The seminar deals with chosen topics in political geography. It offers an overview of geo-political theories and introduces the students to the political map of the world, to the role of individual countries and to the issue of nations and country populations.
