Course content
Characteristics of the basic concepts of individual and social ethics, social reality in philosophical discourse. Christian social ethics. Application of the special sciences - theory and reality. Sub-systems - the idea of human rights and the theory of contract, family, economy, communitarianism. Christian social doctrine, the question of social relations, time after the second Vatican Council, liberation theology. Principles, personality, individuality and sociality, human rights status of the person anthropocentrism. Solidarity, social justice.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
In the seminar will be presented social ethics, its philosophical foundation, the scientific character, a historical overview of the various currents of thought and the current profile in the context of modern concepts. After completing the course, students should be able to: "Define the basic concepts of social ethics, "Introduce key figures of social ethics and their works, "Explain the historical and cultural context in shaping the individual sub-theories, "Characterize sub-directions of social ethics, "Theoretical knowledge into practical terms and contemporary context.
Applications themes of social ethics in practice.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of ethics as a scientific discipline.
