Course content
The subject primarily covers the following topics: alternate current circuits, three-phase system with three conductors and four conductors, phase diagrams, analogue and digital gagues, measuring methods, electrical machinery - transformers, auto-transformers and device transformers, asynchronous, synchronous and direct current machinery, electric drives, electric devices, transmission and distribution of electric power, distribution in residential premises. Seminars cover the following topics: calculation of single- and three-phase circuits of alternate current; calculation of electrical machinery, proposal of a low voltage transformer.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to establish and deepen students' knowledge of theoretical structures, the study of electrical engineering and related disciplines. Theoretic electrical engineering. Necessary to have completed the course Electrical engineering I.
Students will deepen and extend knowledge in the field of electrical engineering electrical machinery, apparatus and electricity.

Two written tests and semestral paper, topic: Proposal of a LV transformer. The subject "Elektrotechnika I" must be completed.
