Learning outcomes
|
The course deals with the theory of school physical education and the theory of teaching physical education in various types of schools. School physical education is presented in wider educational, kinanthropological and praxeological contexts. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
The student is knowledgeable about fundamental educational issues in the area of physical education. The student uses the knowledge of pedagogical kinanthropology. In a creative way, the student reacts to educational issues in the area of school physical education and extracurricular physical activity. The student is able to solve problems related to the delivery of PE lessons, mainly safety regulation within physical activity. The student is qualified to teach PE in various types of schools. The student is qualified to produce and follow a school PE plan according to school educational programme.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of the subject at bachelor's degree level.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance
Active participation in seminars (70%). Fulfilment of tasks assigned throughout the semester. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
