Course content
Content of the course is divided into two parts. During first of them students attend as many lectures of international teachers realized during International Teaching Week (autumn semester: November; spring semester: April) as possible (at least 6 different). Then students work out assessment of particular lectures and make their ranking. They have to explain the ranking. Second part of the course: students create their own teaching unit (30 minutes) on their own topic and "teach" their colleagues during student minisymposium held about one month after the ITW.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to involve students into the process of creation of curriculum of the studies of sport sciences, to let them think about the content of their studies and to enable them to try to contribute to prospective development in this field - i.e. to express their point of view on the current content of curriculum of their studies. The students will have opportunity to experience different approaches to teaching in the field of sport science during the International Teaching Week (ITW), the event held every semester at the Faculty. They will have then an opportunity to present their proposals to improvement/innovation of curriculum during one and half day international student minisymposium held approx. one month after the ITW.
After completion of the course students are able to analyse, compare and critically assess ways and contents of teaching in their field of study.
Prerequisites
It is supposed that students enrolled are interested to think seriously about ways of teaching and about content and context of their studies in relation to their prospective professional carreer.

Essay, Student performance

1) To attend International Teaching Week (at least 6 lectures); 2) To work out assessment and ranking; 3) To prepare 30 min teaching unit (topic of students' own choice - of course related to their study field). 4) To present the prepared teaching unit during student minisymposium.
