Course content
" Methodological issues of Gerontagogics. " Education of seniors as a new social phenomenon. " Aging as a natural part of life. " Developmental changes during aging and old age. " Competencies and productivity in old age " Education to old age and old age in the context of lifelong learning and education. " Education to old age. " Educational aspects of education of seniors.   • Homework for Teaching - 15 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Getting oriented in the crucial issues of the senior life stage (from the demographic, economic, sociological, psychological, andragogical point of view). Acquiring knowledge of the possibilities of influencing and enrichment of seniors´ lives by way of educational activities. In the course students can use the aids simulating various types of pathological phenomenon for example tremors or hearing and visual difficulties and "Age Simulation Suit Gert".
