1. The theoretical basis of feedback 2. Basic concepts in the context of leadership and receive feedback 3. Method of participating and non-participating observation 4. The issue of social perception 5. Principles and rules of constructive feedback 6. Levels of reflection: the group level relationships (interpersonal), personality (intrapersonal) 7. Basic procedures for creating and supporting innovation techniques for reflection, generalization and transfer 8. Preparation of questions and topics for keeping feedback 9. Role leader / facilitator, the degree of intervention 10.Techniques and methods of feedback 11.Evaluation methods 12.Safety aspects and risk management associated with the reflection of the experience 13.Ethical aspects of management experience, reflection, generalization and transfer of learning

Learning outcomes
|
The main aim of the course is to offer the student basic necessary knowledge and skills for the use of feedback in a training and development courses, for work in the classroom and in training process. The student has a fundamental theoretical grounding for understanding the importance, potential and limitations of processing experience (ethical aspects of evaluation and feedback). Student has a repertoire of techniques supporting the reflective process and transfer of learning to real life. Student will learn to use some common methods of programme evaluation, adapt them for concrete situations and apply them in refining the dramaturgic structure of the course programme. The student is motivated to acquire knowledge in this area as a part of lifelong learning. Information about this course was translated to English within the project Internationalization of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Palacký University, Olomouc, No. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0028, co-funded by the European Social Fund and the Government of the Czech Republic.
