Course content
Work with optical equipment - stereomicroscope, photomicroscope. CCD camera use. Preparation of microscopic slides. Fixing, painting and sealing of biological objects.

Student will be able to work with optical equipment. He will manage fixing, painting and sealing of biological objects.

Analysis of Activities ( Technical works)

Knowledge of microscopic methods, work-manship at work with optical equipments.
