Course content
Education/Pedagogics Czech Culture and Society, schools. Multicultural Education in the kindergarten. Working with a child with different mother tongue. Czech language for foreign. Art and craft Special Education Kindergarten practice

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Methods of Written Work, Projection (static, dynamic), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Excursion - 56 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 50 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 30 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Gained a deeper undestanding of society, children and childhood. Got an understanding on the condition under which children grow up in Czech both regarding legal framework, attidude to children and childhood. Education systems of countries of incoming students.Gained experience in seeing links between theory and practice in Czech institutions and own country.
Students will be provide with competences that will get to the content and objectives of the courses.
Prerequisites
The course is designed for visiting studnets in CZ on 13 weeks of exchange - it´s for students from institutions with an exchange agreement with Faculty of Education - Palacký University, Olomouc.

Mark, Essay, Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio

Presentation of own Educational system and Preschool Teacher Education Participates in the teaching of individual subjects according to the instructions of teachers. Documents from practice in kindergarten Participation in practice - 100% Participation in excursions Reflection reports of excursions (more details given in a class)
