Course content
1. Definition of health physical education, health groups. Legislation. Organizational forms healthy PE (teaching unit, homework, other forms). 2. Movement and physical activity. Folders and stage movement, basic exercise positions. 3rd didactic principles, methods and practices in healthy PE. 4th Posture (definition, definition, main characteristics of proper posture and its importance. 5.Incorrect posture (internal and external causes of its origin), methods for evaluating posture. 6th postural muscles and phasical, postural stereotype. 7th Muscle imbalance (characteristics, causes and consequences of muscle imbalance). Muscle eighth imbalance in the trunk, pelvis, neck and head, the lower extremities) 9th flabby posture - total relaxation. Increased thoracic kyphosis. Increased lumbar lordosis. 10th flat back, scoliosis posture, knees, varus and valgus knee, flat feet. 11th Excessive weight and obesity (causes and consequences, suitable and unsuitable exercise). 12th Weakening of the respiratory system (causes, suitable and unsuitable exercise). 13th weakening of the circulatory system (causes, suitable and unsuitable exercise).

Learning outcomes
The course is aimed at introducing students to the issue of Remedial Physical Education, as a specific form of physical education for health impaired individuals. Contents of the course are divided to an area of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, focused on balancing and developing curriculum. Students are introduced to biological fundamentals of Remedial Health Education, the methodology, basic means of evaluating and testing the musculoskeletal system, focused especially on diagnosing muscular imbalances. Students will be explained the substance and the main causes of muscular imbalance, which must be seen in the lack of movement in everyday life, where static activities such as long-term sitting or one-sided stress predominate, consequently leading to body damage. Students will learn practical skills through which they can rationally eliminate, avoid or at least reduce actuation of effects, deteriorating health condition, and minimize health impairment and strengthen the body. Substantial part is devoted to basic compensation resources and their practical use.
1. Students will acquire basic knowledge about the causes and consequences of health impairment, which makes the inclusion of individuals in III. health groups. 2. They will learn practical activities to prevent and compensate for the defective holding bodies

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

- elaboration of a seminar thesis on a selected topic - practical output (seminar thesis demonstration) - Successful passing Colloquia - 80 % participation in tutorials
