Course content
1. Development of a school as a task for the management 2. Assuring the quality of work as a school 3. Tranformation management as a new philosophy of managing the staff

Learning activities and teaching methods
Observation, Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils
  • Attendace - 4 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 10 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students will acquaint themselves with authority and tasks of the teachers in nursery schools. They will understand the fundamentals of functional operational system of the school and its usage in control process. They will be able to project and then evaluate pedagogical work of the school and its function. This will be based on analysis of the school conditions. They will understand the fundamentals of school evaluation. They will acquaint themselves with the school as a legal subject.
Students will be provided with competencies that will get to the content and objectives of the course.
Prerequisites
General orientation in education and general didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio, Visitation

Based on analysing the conditions in the schools the students will be able to project and further evaluate the educational work of the school and its operations.
