Course content
1. The nature of communication in the organization 2. Communication skills and their application in the management process 3. Effective communication strategy leadership in the organization

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 8 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 20 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 5 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
In the subject, the students will be led to understand the character of communication in organization and to master the range of communication skills. The students will be able to use the experiences effectively in the organization. They will master the knowledge and skills necessary for high-quality and goal-directed leading of fellow workers.
Students will be provided with competencies that will get to the content and objectives of the course.
Prerequisites
General orientation in education and general didactics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analysis of linguistic, Didactic Test

1st Students compile a set of recommendations for building effective communication within the nursery. 2nd On the basis of the recommendation process, students prepared an analysis of communication within the organization and propose a set of recommendations for its improvement. Students work in process, 4 pages.
