Course content
1. Botanical, zoological, physical part of the curriculum natural science and natural science. 2. Integration natural science and natural science concepts. 3. Methods, forms and means of teaching prvouka and science. 4. Constructivism in Science Education 5. Inquiry-based science education 6. Development of technical and scientific literacy 7. Problems conceiving initial science education 8. The concept of educational area Man and His World in relation to the changes and trends in curriculum reality (the educational area Man and his world - the educational content and outputs, key competencies) 9. Designing teaching using educational curriculum analysis. Analysis of conceptual and relational, operational and curricular 10. Teachers' beliefs about the nature of teaching subjects (diagnostics own conception, as a prerequisite for change) 11. Science Teaching, using IT resources involvement in teaching 12. Support for students with an interest in science subjects are selected, the motivation to focus on science

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Demonstration, Projection (static, dynamic), Laboratory Work, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
The aim is to obtain a unification of specialized scientific foundation necessary for teaching subjects about nature and society at primary school. Its content integrates knowledge of biology, chemistry, physics and earth sciences. Students learn through objects and relations in the context of science content in relation to environmental protection and a healthy lifestyle. Mentioned topics, students should be able to explain the discipline after graduating pupils from an integrated, interdisciplinary perspective.

Activity in seminar (workshop) and project processing according teacher´s instruction.
