Course content
1. Theoretical basis of subjects of geography and history of the Czech Republic, social sciences and geography of Europe. 2. Region theme 3. Utilization of regional elements in teaching at primary school. 4. Time category - timeline and its use.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 6 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 3 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The discipline is aimed at mastering the theoretical basis of the subjects of geography and history of the Czech Republic, the basics of social sciences in the scope of primary school curriculum. It is aimed at strengthening the historical-cultural component and closer links with the region.
Students will be provide with competences that will get to the content and objectives of the courses.
Prerequisites
General orientation in social sciences, geography and history of the Czech Republic, geography of Europe; knowledge of your region.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Seminar Work

Seminar thesis assigned by the lecturer.
