Learning outcomes
This course discusses the legislative regulation of Czech education system, focus on educational programs, education system of schools and school facilities and the effect of teaching staff including prerequisities performance of teachers such as legal capacity, professional qualification, integrity, medical fitness and knowledge of Czech language.
Ability to apply current legislation in the education system.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic aspects of the educational process.

Student performance

Activity in lessons, knowledge of lessons matter. Comparison of aspects in education. Knowledge of basic legislative documents in education.
