Learning outcomes
This subject is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills in environmental education, both in school and extracurricular areas. After completing the course, students should be able to: Explain and define basic concepts from ecology and environmental science and their mutual relationship. Explain the principles of ecological and environmental education. Clarify the concept of sustainable development and analyze the effects of the ecological crisis on people and society. To clarify the axiological basis of environmental education, its position in the system of theory and methodology of education. Create projects in the field of environmental education within the Czech Republic and at the international level.
