Course content
Types of volunteering, personal assistance, day care service, agencies of domestic care, humanitarian organizations, international contracts in the social area, services of social care and prevention in accordance with Act no. 108/2006 of the Coll. on social services, as amended by subsequent legal regulations.

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
  • Homework for Teaching - 25 hours per semester
  • Attendace - 25 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 35 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Introduction to volunteering, personal assistance, day care, home care agencies, the types of social care and prevention, international treaties within the EU, and humanitarian organizations
The student controls the continuity of care for health care in social care and health care , as well as hospice care , volunteering, and international conventions in the social field.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. , On social services , a typology of social services and benefits for care.

Student performance

Processing essay on a chosen topic, the presentation of group work according to specification.
