Course content
The condition for the successful completion of the course is mastery of the subject general management. Management supplements course work, creating space for the training of selected managerial methods in social work. Topics: Practical training in the following activities: Creation of organizational units in relation to the availability of social services. Motivation to work in social facilities. Decision-making in the social sphere. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of work with clients in both state and private social welfare institutions.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Observation, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 25 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
After completion of the discipline, students should be able to explain the various management functions such as planning, decision making and organization, including motivation, communication and control, then apply the principles of creation of organizational units, range management, including the division of powers and responsibilities to various levels of management, describe and argue peace centralization and decentralization.
Students are able to create a project selected social organization, to incorporate the required quality standards of social services.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the functions of management , the system of state administration in the area of ??social and overview of state and non-governmental organizations under the Act on Social Services.

Student performance, Systematic Observation of Student, Seminar Work

Analysis of how the management of specific institutions in the social field. Monitoring and evaluation of individual work will be done before granting credit
