Course content
topics: Defining the basic concepts of project management. The process of planning, development and implementation of the project. The final evaluation. Fundraising activities, their methods and forms of others. The role of NGOs in the national economy, justification for the existence of government and public non-profit organizations. Fundamentals of the theory of non-profit organizations. Principles of functioning of NGOs, typology of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic, the legal framework for the functioning of NGOs - overview of basic laws. Making the school budget. Revenue and expenditure schools - forms of financing schools and educational facilities. Complementary activities. Methods and forms of financing schools and educational facilities. Marketing and PR School.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Projection (static, dynamic), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
After completing the discipline, students should be able to: - Describe and explain the scope and principles of functioning of schools and school facilities, - Describe the mechanisms of planning, design and implementation of project activities, - Apply theoretical knowledge in practice - to plan, create and implement development projects - Apply methods search of sponsors and raise funds to support community and charitable activities - Describe, identify and apply relevant activities in schools and educational institutions, financial decision making, control, management and marketing, - To assess the financial situation of schools and school facilities and to propose appropriate forms of financing, - Establish a fundraising project chosen school or partial school activities.
Graduates will be able to prepare a project of the school or educational establishment.
Prerequisites
They require no initial knowledge.
