Course content
Topics: Family frunkce, resilience.Typologie families. Forms of social work with families. rehabilitation of the family. The role of social worker in the social protection of children (Family Law, Law on Legal Protection of Children sociáoně). Types of foster care in this country and abroad. Social services for families with children in community planning.

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)

Learning outcomes
Students should gain basic knowledge of sociálnín work with the family. Become familiar with technical terminology, the role of social worker, with appropriate legislation and social methods to help dysfunctional families. In addition to alternative approaches in the social protection of children. They will gain an overview of professional services for families with children by different ministries. After graduation budopu able to: define the basic functions of the family, causes disruption to characterize dysfunctional families, social assistance, apply procedures sociáoního worker in the social protection of children, to describe and explain the types of foster care in the Czech Republic, social network analysis of activation services families with children.
Students have the technical terminology appropriate legislation. They focus on the practices of the social and legal protection of children , forms of foster care, socio- aware network activation services for families with children.
Prerequisites
General knowledge of social policy and sociology of the family.

Oral exam, Essay, Systematic Observation of Student, Seminar Work

Processing essay on "Causes of failures of the current functions of the family" - range min. 3 pages. Processing seminar on the theme "Rehabilitation of families at home and in selected EU countries - range min. 6 pages.
