Course content
Definition and explanation of the basic terminology from the field of civil legal relations.Subjects of civil law - individuals and legal entities, their legal subjectivity and possibilities of representation. Material responsibility. Damages, liabilities, obligations and commitments. Inheritance. Ownership.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
Subjects of civil law - individuals and legal entities, their legal subjectivity and possibilities of representation. Ownership. Inheritance. Material responsibility. Damages, liabilities, obligations and commitments.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

Proving knowledge of the terms, practical application in model situations.
