Course content
During excursion students visit selected institutions of Czech law.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Demonstration
  • Excursion - 8 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 8 hours per semester
  • Homework for Teaching - 11 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The subject is focused on the transmition to be experienced in the judge institutions.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay, Seminar Work

Participation in an excursion. Elaborating a written thesis (an essay) on a given topic.
