Course content
Civil relations. Property ownership. The legal protection of citizens. Moral rights. Copyright. Legal forms of business. Obligation--legal relations. Labor relations. Employment. Employment. Damages. Family-law relationships. Institute of marriages and registered partnerships. Maintenance Obligations.

  • Attendace - 26 hours per semester

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: "Understand the basic legal institutions from the perspective of private law, "Reproduce legal standards both in terms of taxonomy, and in terms of individual concepts and private institutes, "Orient themselves in the different sectors of private law, "Apply selected institutes of private law practice, "Analyze concepts related to ownership, moral rights, equality of individuals in society
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in private law area.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic law institutes from private law area.

Student performance, Seminar Work

Knowledge of the subject matter at the colloquium.
