Decision making process from the perspective of legislation, applied in public administration establishments.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training)

Learning outcomes
Setting the operational area of public administration. Administrative bodies. General specification on public administration. Parties. The course of an administrative proceedings.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Knowledge and practical application of the acquired findings in the field of decision making processes at public administration establishments.
