Course content
|
Criminalistics as an independent scientific discipline. Creation, searching, securing, analysing and utilising traces and material evidence in the process of revealing, explaining and investigating crimes. Techniques and tactics in criminalistics, methodology of investigation. Methods of identifying people and things, dactyloscopy, portrait identification, biology in criminalistics, odourology, chemistry in criminalistics, criminalistic versions, planning and organizing investigation, the crime scene and safeguarding it, utilising specialists and experts, criminal evidence. General questions on methodology of investigating violent crimes, crimes against morality, property, economic crimes, and traffic crimes. Methodology of investigating juvenile crimes and crimes perpetrated on juveniles, drug crimes and organized crimes.

|
Criminal science. Traces- origin, ways of searching, safeguarding,analysis, making use of evidence in criminal science. Techniques, tactics, investigation methods. Identifying people and things, dactyloscopy, portrait identification, criminalistic biology nd chemistry. Planning and organizing investigation.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
