Course content
1. The vocal activities of music education and their development. 2. The instrumental activities and their development. 3. The physical activities and their development. 4. The musical and listening activities. 5. Examination of the pupils´ musicality after entering secondary school. 6. Ontogeny of musicality. 7. The textbooks - the history and the present state. 8. Society of music education. 9. Listening practice at the Waldorf school. 10. Same. 11. Listening practice at the secondary school in Olomouc-Hejčín. 12. The assessment of the listening.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Observation, Demonstration, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
  • Attendace - 24 hours per semester
  • Excursion - 6 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 5 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 15 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The closer understanding of teaching methods in musical activities of different ages and different types of schools.
The ability to orient oneself in the secondary school curriculum of music education. Knowledge of the methods of effective didactics, the development of one´s musical skills in broader psychological, sociological and historical music context. The application of the gained knowledge and skills into teaching practice.
