Course content
The subject intensifies students´ knowledge about the contents and methods of current mathematics teaching (analysis of specific parts of the curriculum and comparison of their didactic processes).

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
To familiarize the students with modern approaches to teaching, with special attention paid to the project-based learning, to the role of educational games in teaching mathematics, and to educational computer games).
Students will acquire the ability to develop mathematical skills of primary school pupils. The knowledge gained in the AKTOK course of study is a prerequisite to successful studies in other subjects and shall be applied in the students? teaching practice
Prerequisites
Foundations of Mathematics to the extent of the primary and secondary school curriculum.

Seminar Work

Active participation in in seminars; a seminar paper (including its presentation during the lessons).
